Release of Dornu Kogbara a welcome development – Rivers APC

The All Progressives Congress, APC, Rivers State has received with joy the cheery news of the release of Ms Dornu Kogbara by his abductors 12 days after she was forcefully taken away by gun men from her family home in Port Harcourt.

The APC in a statement signed by its Publicity Secretary, Chris Finebone and made available to NF-Reports thanked the Almighty God for Dornu’s safe return to her loved ones.

The party also thanked the APC leader, the former Governor of Rivers State, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi for his role in the release of Dornu Kogbara as well as officers of the Department of State Services [DSS] and Kogbara’s journalist colleague, Mr. Uche Igwe for all their immeasurable contributions that resulted in the safe release of Dornu Kogbara last night.

The APC called on various security agencies in Rivers State to always be alive to their responsibilities by ensuring the safety of lives and property of the people and residents of Rivers State.
