Following the dissolution of the State Executive Committees of Adamawa and Ebonyi states, the National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has constituted Caretaker Committees to pilot the affairs of the party in the two states.

The Adamawa State Caretaker Committee has Ambassador Umar El Gash as Chairman and Senator Zik Sunday as Secretary while that of Ebonyi state has Dr. Ifeanyi Onodugo as Chairman and Mrs. Chinwe Mba as Secretary.

Furthermore, the NWC restates that the party will not hesitate to discipline any individual or any organ that might decide to constitute unlawful disorder in the process of our primaries and party administration.

Also, the party will not tolerate any publication of any list or result of any primary election, comments or publication of disputes. The NWC expects that our members will use the proper channel of official communication of the party to address their misgivings.

Signed

Olisa Metuh
National Publicity Secretary
