South East Students Celebrate TAN
Students from tertiary institutions in the country of South East extraction have expressed their happiness over the unique advocacy work being carried out by the Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN) to showcase the monumental achievements of Presidents Goodluck Jonathan.
The students under the aegis of South East Students Forum made this commendation yesterday during their visit to the Abuja Corporate Headquarters office of TAN.
The leader of the group Comrade Chidi Chimezie said that the advocacy programme of TAN has really helped to dispel the cloud of uncertainties created by the enemies of the administration of the day who are obviously envious of Jonathan’s many achievements.

Comrade Chimezie pointed out that the television/radio and newspapers promotional materials scientifically packaged by the group are indeed world class with very clear messages-return President Jonathan, for he has performed!
He assurance that people can no longer be deceived by those that made up their minds to close eyes to the good job Dr Jonathan is doing with his transformation agenda. The agenda, he noted, has clearly restored the nation back on the track to growth and development.
The students recalled that for the first time in the history of the nation, Dr Jonathan as the president of youths, headed by a real Youth unlike what it used to be in the past administrations where lip service are only paid to the issue concerning the youths.

The students union leader pointed out that youths generally are the over-all beneficiary of Dr Jonathan’s administrative efficiency because according to him, “all the reforms in almost every sector of the economy were geared toward empowerment that will ultimately, positively affect them. In the recent past, youths are only remembered whenever elections are around the corner for the purpose of using them for thuggery and violence. Whereas the moment they get the mandate of the people, they break the ladder they climbed to get to the top. But thank God for Jonathan, he has indeed proved that he believes in us and I assure you, we will partner with TAN fully to give the needed support for the renewal of his mandate”, he pointed out.

Chimezie disclosed that youths affairs remain the bond between TAN and Dr Jonathan because the advocacy group is composed of versatile youths who have been given opportunity to express and actualize themselves.
He called on all Nigerians irrespective of their political, religious and ethnic leanings to embrace TAN in its efforts to ensure continuity, consolidation and deepening of the foundations of development and stability already put in place by Dr Jonathan
