Abuja Court throws out Soludo’s Disqualification Case.

Former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Prof. Charles Soludo has lost out on his quest to become the candidate of The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), in the Anambra governorship elections as an Abuja high court has dismissed his case.

Justice Peter , who presided over the matter, where Soludo was praying to be included in the APGA primaries taking place on Monday, agreed with the submissions of the lawyer to APGA, Barr Tochukwu Onwubufo(SAN), that order of Certiorari by which Soludo came is only applicable in judiciary and quasi judiciary matters and not in political matters. He also agreed that matters on who become a candidate is internal affairs of political parties.
